INVITATION TO EXHIBIT

North Pacific Surgical Association is pleased to invite industry exhibitors to our 97th Annual Meeting being held on November 12-13, 2010 at the Murano Hotel in Tacoma, WA. NPSA was founded in Portland, Oregon in 1912 and is one of the oldest surgical societies in the United States and Canada. We have a membership of over 330 elected surgeons from the Pacific Northwest (Alberta, British Columbia, Oregon and Washington) with caucuses in Portland, Tacoma, Seattle, Spokane, Alberta/Victoria and Vancouver, B.C. General surgeons are our primary audience, with an expected attendance of 100 at this meeting.

The 2010 scientific meeting will present 20 clinical and scientific research papers in areas of clinical surgery, oncology, trauma, critical care, colorectal and breast surgery, laparoscopic surgery, bariatric surgery and others. Papers are subsequently published in The American Journal of Surgery. You can review abstracts from prior meetings on our website at www.nopacsurg.org . Continuing medical education credit will be provided by the American College of Surgeons, and by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Our visiting professor this year will be Dr. John Holcomb, a nationally known surgical educator, Professor and Vice Chair, Department of Surgery, University of Texas Medical School at Houston.

Exhibitor fees for a table and registration for one representative starts at $1,500 USD, at $2,500 for two representatives, and at $3,500 for three representatives. Exhibitor companies receive recognition on our website and program book.

We will use vendor passports to encourage participation. You will have a display table in the exhibitor area near the conference room and can talk with attendees during breakfast, session breaks, and at our Friday Vendor Luncheon. You may also join attendees at the Friday evening New Members Reception and Dinner at additional cost.
